These are original coupons and they were clipped directly from a Rite Aid ad. Please read below for eligibility of the coupons. Some other pharmacies will also honor Rite Aid coupons, such as KROGER, WAL-MART, K-MART, TARGET, but remember to check with your pharmacy first. (NOTE: in order to qualify for the FREE GAS drawing you would have to use your coupon at Rite Aid).
~ Information on the coupon is as follows ~ Coupon good thru 10/31/08 Medicaid, Medicare B, PACE, PAAD, EPIC and any other government funded program prescriptions are not eligible. Customers who have redeemed a Rite Aid prescription offer in the last 6 months are not eligible. Limit one prescription offer per patient. Offer only valid when prescription is filled and paid for at time of transfer. Transfer offer only valid on any prescription not previously filled at or transferred from other Rite Aid Pharmacy locations. In New Jersey, offer valid only for citizens 60 years or older. Not valid in New York State. Not valid on prescriptions for controlled substances where prohibited by law. Gift Card is not redeemable for cash, may not be returned, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Also, Gift Card may not be used for prescriptions, prescription co-pays, lottery tickets, tobacco, alcohol products, money orders, gift cards, stamps, licenses, other mailing services and any other items excluded by law. Beginning 12:00:01 AM on Sunday, June 6, 2008 and ending on 11:59 pm on January 10, 2009, eligible participants, who transfer a prescription with this coupon will be automatically entered into the Rite Aid "Fill Up Fuel Up" Sweepstakes. Entries must be received during the designated entry period in order to be eligible for the weekly drawing. Non-winning entries will be rolled over into subsequent weekly drawings as long as prescription remains at Rite Aid. There will be a total of thirty-one (31) prize winners during the sweepstakes period, who will each receive Gas Gift Cards each totaling $2,600.
